My reflection


In the first time, I think this course is difficult because I haven't have business's basic before but it's not like that. If I pay full attention to study and do truely together, I can create the blog unbelievable. I feel good to study with Aj Gob because she is very kind with her student. When they have the problem, she wik swolve tose problems immediately. She is a good consultant for students. I am very happy with this course so much because I have the first blog that is created by myself. My lovely teacher is like my inspiration to cross those obstructions and walk to pass easily. I work hard to study and create my blog. It make me active to do the best. Now everything is ok. It makes me proud of me so much. I will take all of knowledges in this course to adapt and develop later.

Raffaello

Raffaello was introduced in 1989. It reveals a light and delicate taste whose uniqueness is surprising.
Tasting Raffaello that dive into a unique recipe that a whole almond is plunged into a delicious creamy filling and enclosed in a crispy shell, covered in flakes of coconut.



Nutella

Nutella was founded in a backroom of the pastry shop founded in Alba in 1944 by Pietro Ferrero.Nutella continues to inspire and satisfy the palate of the entire world from the United States to Europe, Australia to Canada. Nutella spreads on bread. It's has become an essential element to the breakfast ritual and serves as a great way to begin the day.



Tic Tac

Ferrero Rocher is the premium brand and uses standardization strategy to spread products. The consumer is at the centre of our strategy. Ferrero’s relationship with consumer is based on longstanding and mutual. Ferrero uses the excellent quality of raw materials. We care very steps with production. The company always offers consumers fresh and excellent quality products with hight standards of hygine and food safety. Ferrero Rocher is high price because it’s produced all from the excellent quality ingredients. It’s unique and manufacture with the most modern technology.

A key factor of the company’s success is Ferrero relationship with consumer is based on mutual trust with the experience and understanding. For above, it makes Ferrero to be successful and accepted in term of products around the world.

1942: Pietro Ferrero moves his pastry shp tp Alba.
1946: Ferrero introduces his own recipe, a mixture of hazelnuts and cocoa butter
called "pasta gianduja."
1948: Ferrero launches its own distribution operations, building up a fleet of
200 delivery vans by the early 1950s.
1949: Company launches improved recipe for pasta gianduja,
called Supercrema Gianduja.
1954: Gianduja brand name is changed to Nutella for the Italian market.
1956: Company opens its first international subsidiary in Germany.
1968: Kinder brand of chocolate products for children debuts.
1969: Ferrero establishes U.S. subsidiary and begins marketing Tic Tac

Logo



These are the logo of Ferrero Rocher. It’s named under Ferrero Rocher name. Ferrero is small logo that is attached on the gold-colored wrapper. Background is white. The prominent of this logo is black alphabet that is placed on the center of a litter piece.

Target group


Ferrero’s target group is the urban middle- high class who has the purchasing power. Ferrero uses high quality, product freshness and careful selection of the finest raw materials. This product is rather expensive but all of them are full of excellent materials.

Product


Ferrero is a chocolate sweet. The sweets consist of hazelnut encased in the wafer, filed cream, covered with the milk chocolate and chopped hazelnuts and walnuts. They are packaged inside a gold-colored wrapper. It’s well known under the name of “ Ferrero Rocher ”

Background Company



Ferrero Rocher is a chocolate sweet that made by Italian. This company began in 1946 in Italy. The candy and confections were short supply and were purchased for special occasions from the local sweet shop.

Ferrero is one of the large of the world’s confectionery industry. The owner was Ferrero Family. The person who invented this product was Pietro Ferrero and his young son Michael. Another one in their success was the efficient sales network set up by Givanni. The history of Ferrero is now third grneration. Pietro and Giovanni Ferrero, Michael and Maria Franca’s son head the groups as Managing Director.

Next, the company continues to grow under their guidance. Besides, Ferrero supports international sales with a network of 29 sales and 15 productions throughout Europe, North America, South America and Asia. Brothers Peter and Giovanni Ferrero who was the sons of the company’s founder shared the chief executive spot and developed with the quality products later.

Nowadays there are various confectionery companies that are famous about producing. Each one will have the different taste, quality, packing, etc. Ferrero is one of the largest confectionery companies in the world. The Ferrero family continues to spread in line of unique, highest quality product and manufacturing with the most modern technology. Ferrero Rocher become a unique brand in the chocolate market because it’s full of quality and luxury. Most people like to give this product each other. They use Ferrero products as a symbol in different occasion like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.

Ferrero is once again making quality confections a part of every life. I am one person who ever tried already. It’s very delicious.

Journal 6


For this time. Aj Gob assigned us to work in term of business grammar in the class. We needed to be able to express ourselves diplomatically to make our point firmly but politely. I thought it was rather difficult because I didn't know how to say in a delicate negotiation. I could do this in some items. I thought it challenged. Moreover, we had the role play about 12 minutes. I was actress. For this, it made me excited very much because I had never done like this before. After that every things were ok. I was so proud of my group because we worked from our heart to audiences. I would like to say thank you everyone so much for this. Love all of them !
